• Provide a Home Buyer’s Guide full of valuable information regarding neighborhoods, school information, area resources and maps.

• John offers guidance through the pre-approval mortgage process.  Most Valley buyers secure financing through locally based mortgage companies.  The Arizona contract requires that all ‘Offers to Purchase’ are accompanied by a pre-qualification letter.  Additionally, a pre-qualification letter is a requirement made by home sellers before buyers may preview luxury property.

• Provide immediate access to any new listing that meets your search criteria.  A personal website is created for you where you can save and rate properties available for sale.  An instant email notification will keep you up to the minute on all new listings that meet your parameters.

• Convey your specific home requirements to key Realtors in the area.  John’s excellent reputation within the Realtor community gives him access to many properties before they are entered into the MLS.

• Preview all new listings, Internet listings, Open Houses, and For Sale By Owners that suit your home requirements. 

• Provide a comprehensive market evaluation of all properties you choose to view.

• Provide consultation and recommendations of the written offer to purchase, with terms approved by you.  John will assist you in determining the best offer to make which has a realistic chance of succeeding.
